International orders:
The shipping charges for bulk empty jars, accessories such as brush sets, (items that are larger then the flat rate envelopes or boxes), etc. are estimated shipping charges only! If the shipping calculation is too low, we will contact you via e-mail with a seperate invoice to cover the actual shipping charges.
Shipping Policy:
-All U.S.A orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class, Parcel Post & Priority Mail.
-Customers are given the opportunity to review their shipping cost before proceeding with checkout.
-We use Delivery Confirmation on all USA packages and rely on this service as our means of showing an order as being delivered. If the delivery confirmation tracking number shows a package as being delivered to it's destination address, we are-All orders are shipped within 72 hours from receipt of payment with the exception of weekends, holidays & sales events. Generally during a sales event it can take us up to five to 10 days to process your order.
-Once an order has been shipped a email notification will be sent to the buyer providing them with their detailed shipping infomation. (USA orders are automatically sent to the e-mail address you used for payment)
(International orders are automatically sent to the e-mail address you entered during checkout)
-International orders will receive a notification of shipping from stamps.com, usps.com or from mad minerals. It will include a tracking number. Please note that First Class International Mail is only scanned by USA Postal Services, unfortunately, other countries do not scan them and the tracking number will NOT update online and it is just our proof of mailing your package.
-Please do not email us concerning the shipment date of your order until after the allotted time period for arrival has past:

-Emails received before this time period will not be addressed. Be assured that if you received the notification via e-mail that your package has shipped from our facility, then it is on its way to you. International mail is so very unpredictable! We have seen many arrive very quickly within 5 days, while others sent on the same day take 2-4 weeks!
-There are many times when your order will be randomly held at your customs department, this is beyond our control.
-We are not responsible for Custom's actions in another Country.
Return Policy:
Your business & satisfaction is extremely important to us! We double check your order for accuracy and we carefully wrap and pack everything to ensure safe transit. If you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise please let us know within SEVEN days of your package receipt. We will be more then happy to correct the problem immediately. For hygiene purposes, we regret that we are unable to accept returns on brushes and cosmetics unless there was an error on our part. We encourage you to sample our products first in order to find the correct shades that are best for you. Please take advantage of our inexpensive samples before purchasing our full-sized products.
Cancellations Of Orders:
Unpaid orders placed on our web site can be canceled anytime without further charges - If you cancel your paid order: Cancellations of Prepared/packed orders will be charged with a 15% restocking fee on the total cost of the products. All refunds are paid through the payment method used when placing the order, such as Paypal or Google & may take up to a week to show the funds credited back to your account.
Order Fullfillment and Delivery:
We do our best to get your package prepared and shipped out as quickly as possible, usually within 72 hours of payment notification. However, we do have days with a very high volume of orders. Therefore, please allow more processing time for your order. Majority of our products are handcrafted in small batches, not mass produced in a factory. Your patience will be well rewarded!
If a item that you ordered is out of stock we will refund your money for the item and ship your order.
Sales and Discounts:
We do offer sales on a regular basis, our prices are set at fair and very reasonable value. If you have purchased items, then they go on sale, please do not ask for a discount. The sale item pricing is only good once it is announced.
Printed Catalogue:
We do not offer any printed catalogues at this time. All the products we carry are online only.
